HOW TO REGISTER
The Tomás Rivera Educational Empowermenr Conference is proud to partner with schools across the State of Oklahoma that serve large populations of low-income and first-generation students who often face the steepest climb to higher education. Because of this, registration is limited to students from our partner schools. Please check whether your school is included on our partner list and connect with your school’s college and career counselor for more information on attending.

SCHOOL ON OUR LIST?
Students whose schools are not listed as TREE Conference partner schools may submit a Special Case Consideration request to attend the conference.
To be considered, students must complete the attached form and email it to chairman@treeconference.org with the subject line “Special Case Consideration Request.”
Students approved through this process will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the conference. However, all other conference services and benefits, including the cost of attendance, meals, merchandise, programming, and materials, will be provided free of charge.
The TREE Conference Executive Team will notify all approved Special Case applicants at least 10 days before the conference. To allow enough time for review, Special Case Consideration requests will close 14 days prior to the conference.
